How to boost toddler immune system for daycare?

Nutrition FAQs

Exposure to some foreign bacteria and bugs from birth plays an important role in strengthening your child’s immune system. However, some bugs that little ones pick up at daycare are downright annoying and we don’t want them sticking around. A healthy diet consisting of a variety of foods from the different food groups supports growing immune systems. Including foods that are rich in vitamin A, C, D, and B6, as well as iron and zinc help their little defence system be the best it can. Practicing good hygiene, including teaching them to wash their hands properly, can also help.
