Banana Bliss Balls Recipe FAQs
Are these banana balls safe for babies with nut allergies?
As these bliss balls use almond meal they are not safe for babies with tree nut allergies. You could substitute the almond meal for more flax meal if you need these to be nut free.
Do these banana balls need to be refrigerated before serving?
You can eat them right away but the texture is slightly better after 30 minutes in the fridge so the oats can absorb some of the moisture.
