Ingredients

2 cups (160g) shredded green cabbage

2 cups (160g) shredded red cabbage

2 cups (120g) shredded lettuce

1 small (150g) red capsicum, cut into strips

1½ cups (240g) cooked chicken breast, sliced

¼ cup (60mL) light coconut flavoured evaporated Milk

2 tbsp chilli Sauce

¼ cup (75g) mayonnaise

2 tbsp chopped parsley

Step by step

  • Instructions

    1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, lettuce, capsicum and chicken breast.
    2. Pour over combined light coconut flavoured evaporated milk, chilli sauce, mayonnaise and parsley. Toss well; serve immediately.
