3 slices white bread
1 egg, lightly beaten
¼ cup (60mL) prepared NAN Toddler Milk Drink
Spray oil for cooking

Instructions
1. Using a 9cm round cutter, cut circles from bread. If you don’t have a cutter, use a small plate as a template to cut circles from bread.
2. Heat a non stick frying pan over medium heat; spray with oil; combine egg and NAN Toddler Milk Drink in a small bowl. Place one piece of bread in the mixture, soak for 30 seconds. Drain away excess mixture; place in hot pan and cook 1-2 minutes per side or until golden; repeat with remaining bread and mixture.
TIP: Serve French Toast with sliced banana and natural yoghurt or ricotta flavoured with honey*.
