Ingredients

1 tsp gelatine

1 tbsp boiling water

180mL prepared NAN OPTIPRO 3 Toddler Milk or ¾ cup (190mL) milk

140g tub apple puree

 

Step by step

  • Instructions

    1. Dissolve gelatine in water. Combine NAN OPTIPRO 3 Toddler Milk and apple puree in a small bowl; add gelatine, mix until well combined.

    2. Divide between 3, ½ cup (125mL) ramekins or moulds. Refrigerate until set.

    TIP: Set panna cotta in smaller ramekins or moulds if toddler prefers smaller portions. You can use any type of fruit puree. Fruit purees can be purchased in the canned fruit section of the supermarket. They come in 140g tubs. Variation – substitute apple puree with one mashed banana.
