210mL prepared NAN Toddler Milk Drink
¾ cup chopped strawberries
2 tsp caster sugar
1 tsp gelatine
1 tbsp boiling water
Step by step

Instructions
1. Place NAN Toddler Milk Drink, strawberries and sugar in a food processor or blender; process until strawberries are smooth.
2. Dissolve gelatine in water; pour into strawberry mixture; process to combine; divide mixture between 3, ½ cup (125mL) capacity serving dishes. Refrigerate until set.
TIP: Mousse can be made and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Simply cover mousses so they don’t dry out. Substitute 1 medium banana for strawberries, if desired.
