3 cups (250g) broccoli florets
½ small cauliflower (500g), cut into florets
30g butter, chopped
1 ½ tbsp wholemeal plain flour
1 serve (230mL) prepared NAN Toddler Milk Drink or full cream cow's milk
1 ¼ cup (150g) grated tasty cheese
¼ cup (25g) breadcrumbs

- Preheat oven to 200°C/ 180°C fan forced. Grease a medium baking dish.
- In a large saucepan, bring water to the boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5-6 minutes until tender. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain well.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter, add flour; cook, stirring, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Gradually add prepared NAN Toddler Milk Drink or full cream cow's milk; stir until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and stir through 1 cup grated cheese.
- Place cauliflower and broccoli in prepared baking dish. Pour over the cheese sauce. In a small bowl, combine the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs, and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
