Ingredients

2/3 cup self-raising flour

1 egg

½ tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract

1 tbsp maple syrup

3 scoops NAN Toddler Milk Drink powder

¼ cup (60mL) water

½ cup cottage cheese

Step by step

  • Fluffy Cottage Cheese Pancakes Recipe

    1. In a jug of a blender, add all ingredients, blend until smooth.
    2. In a large frying pan over medium heat, spray with oil. Use a tablespoon to scoop batter onto the pan. Once small bubbles appear, flip and cook for a further minute or until nicely browned.
    3. Cook the remaining batter and serve with yoghurt, fresh fruit and maple syrup if desired.
