1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 small ripe banana, mashed
1/3 cup (60g) choc chips, optional

- Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C fan forced. Grease a 24-hole (1 tablespoon/20mL) mini muffin pan.
- Place flour, sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl; make a well in the centre; pour in combined NAN Toddler Milk Drink, egg, oil, banana and choc chips; mix until just combined.
- Divide mixture evenly into prepared muffin pan. Bake 15 minutes or until golden.
